A credit will be automatically issued to your original form of payment within 7 business days. Please note, depending on your financial institution, it may take additional 2-10 business days for your credit to be applied and posted to your account. Please be advised that the initial shipment fee incurred by Egywatch, will be deducted from the refunded amount on returned orders that were dispatched via ground shipping. We will refund the purchase price of the item less the original shipping costs even if the Free Shipping option was selected (usually EGP x-x). Gifts with Purchase: Free or discounted items shipped as a promotional gift with purchase must be returned along with the qualifying item in the original condition as described in the Standard Return Policy. The retail value of a gift with purchase not returned with the qualifying item will be deducted from the refund or credit amount. Damaged Box or Damaged Product: If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), please contact customer service no later than 5 business days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections. If there is extensive damage to the box, please keep all packaging, contents and immediately contact customer service via +2 xx. Our customer service professionals may request photos of the packaging to submit a damage claim with the carrier.
